- Acceptance of Terms
When placing an order or making a purchase, you acknowledge understanding and acceptance of the following terms and conditions, applicable to all goods supplied by T3designsSa (Pty) Ltd, located at Limpopo, Thohoyandou,Matidza complex office2, 0950.
- Order Processing Timelines
Upon receiving a 70% deposit for orders exceeding R10 000.00 or full payment for orders below R5 000.00, your order will be processed. Payment receipt signifies acceptance of our quote. The balance payment must reflect in our account before collection/delivery. There are no refunds unless indicated otherwise. A customer will receive the same credit of the amount paid, of which they can purchase anything from our store.
2.1 Payment Acknowledgement:
Your payment receipt serves as acknowledgment and confirms your intent to proceed with the order.
2.2 Order Processing Steps:
Artwork Submission: Provide vector PDF or high-resolution JPEG.
Layout Approval: Our graphic designers will present a layout for your approval.
Production: After receiving the signed-off approval, production takes 4-7 working days.
- Products
Actual products may slightly differ from the images displayed. All products are designed for event use and should not be exposed to harsh weather conditions or used as permanent fixtures. Digital printing may have a 5% color variant, so provide Pantone Colors and required proofs.
- Product Availability and Limitations
T3designsSa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to limit product availability based on popularity or supply constraints. Products are subject to stock availability.
5.Pricing and Payment
6.Prices exclude VAT and are invoiced in ZAR. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion due to pricing errors. Quotations are valid for 14 days, subject to stock availability.
- Receiving Goods, Including Damaged, Wrong, and Short Delivered Products or Items
Orders are delivered within 2 to 7 working days after production. Clients must check and report any discrepancies within 5 days of delivery. Re-delivery costs are the client’s responsibility.
- Warranty and Return Procedures
7.1 All products have a 1-year factory warranty on hardware, with exceptions outlined in 7.3.
7.2 Defective products undergo inspection by T3designsSa (Pty) Ltd.
7.3 Warranty is void in case of:
Misuse or abuse of the product.
Alterations to the product.
Use of the product for unintended purposes.
7.4 Returns are accepted under specific conditions:
In original packaging.
Accompanied by T3designsSa’s invoice.
- Additional Fees
25% cancellation fee on confirmed orders not yet printed.
100% cancellation fee once printing has commenced.
Cash deposit fee: 2.75% with a minimum fee of R42.52 (Excluding Vat).
Setup fee: R95.00 (Excluding Vat) for non-print-ready artwork.
Administration fee: R150.00 (Excluding Vat) for customer refunds, beyond the cancellation fee.
